UX/UI Developer

Location: 100% remotely

We are looking for an experienced Agile UI Consultant to join the group Operations and Automation. The role focuses on enhancing system flows, improving customer journeys, and ensuring consistent branding across platforms. You will run workshops, engage with stakeholders, and assess the actual value the system or product delivers to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system flows and customer journeys.
• Lead workshops to gather insights and align stakeholders on UI improvements.
• Evaluate the business value delivered by systems and products, ensuring they meet business objectives.
• Communicate complex UI concepts and designs to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure branding consistency and alignment across user interfaces.
• Work in an Agile environment to rapidly prototype and iterate on designs.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in UI design, particularly within system flows and customer journey optimization.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
• Experience running workshops and engaging stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to ensure consistent branding across multiple platforms.

• Experience in group operations and automation.
• Knowledge of UX design and customer experience principles.
