Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Remote (Europe)

Experience: 10+ years

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in integrating HRIS or skills software. This is a remote position based in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Lead the integration of HRIS or skills software, ensuring seamless implementation and functionality.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide project updates.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users post-implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in integrating HRIS or skills software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Experience with project management and agile methodologies is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
