Join our team as a Senior Web Analyst to interpret complex app performance data and leverage it for strategic decision-making and actionable insights.

This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintaining the highest standards in analytical practices, and leading mobile analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities


  • Uncover trends, patterns, and insights from detailed analysis of app performance
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to convert business requirements into analytical solutions
  • Utilize tools like GA4 and Adjust in conjunction with GTM and datalayer for analytics implementation
  • Conduct technical QA on app data to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Use critical thinking to solve complex problems and generate actionable recommendations
  • Produce and present concise, compelling presentations to stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate insights through storyboards
  • Uphold rigorous attention to detail to maintain high-quality outputs and analyses
  • Conduct comprehensive app analysis using tools like GA4, Firebase, and Mixpanel
  • Apply user experience (UX) principles to enhance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA in analytics processes
  • Collaborate with development teams to manage analytics projects effectively


Requirements


  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business
  • Minimum 5 years of digital analytics experience, including 2+ years in app & web analytics
  • Proficiency in web and app analytics implementation
  • Skills in analytical tools and platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL, with a preference for Python or R skills
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Beneficial understanding of UX principles
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and experimentation methods
  • Capability to conduct QA processes and ensure data accuracy
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities and strong critical thinking skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Skills in storyboarding and visual storytelling
  • Understanding of data privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA
  • Effective collaboration and project management skills
