Senior Product and Project Management – SaaS

Our financial software SaaS client provides a number of different products and is currently in a growth phase. They have 20 employees and they have plans to grow the business to 75+ employees.

We want a person who has been on this journey before – has worked in a company that scaled, knows the steps involved, can work with the leadership team in this phase and bring all employees on their journey.

They also want a person who is strong on product, process/frameworks, roadmaps and execution. A person that knows the products and what is involved in bringing products, from infancy to the market and deliver to clients !!!

Other responsibilities include:

1. Process Improvement - Implement Structure/Framework/Governance to ensure smooth transition with an end result of quicker and accurate delivery.
2. Teams - Work with and guide, influence the engineering, product teams to buy in to this process.
3. Roadmap - Driving roadmap / product plans across multiple streams-key business units focusing on business value.
4. Agile - Direct and support cross-functional agile teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automation tools.
5. Continuous Improvement - Promote a culture of continuous learning and process optimization within teams, implementing feedback loops and retrospective insights to drive improvements.
6. Best in Class - Champion best in class Product and Engineering Management processes
