Job Title: Talent Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE (Supporting KSA Recruitment)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to support recruitment for the KSA office while being based in the Dubai office. This role will involve managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring the attraction, engagement, and hiring of top talent to support business operations in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Oversee the entire hiring process for the KSA office, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Job Description & Advertisement: Draft compelling job descriptions and post vacancies across various job boards and professional networks.
- Talent Sourcing & Headhunting: Actively search for qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and networking strategies.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate suitability, and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers in KSA to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Offer & Contract Management: Prepare offer letters, and employment contracts, and facilitate negotiation processes.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate pre-employment documentation, assist with onboarding logistics, and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in property, real estate, consultancy, or a similar industry is preferred.
- Recruitment Tools: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and sourcing techniques.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Detail-oriented: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to liaise with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners professionally.
Salary: Maximum AED 6,000 per month. Please do not apply if this salary does not align with your expectations.
