Your Responsibilities:

  • Product manager for a portion of the customer-facing INNIO Digital Portfolio, with focus on Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Transform customer needs into clear product requirements for a software and data science development team
  • Define and manage your product backlog and drive a first-class agile development team as SCRUM product owner
  • Accountable for all aspects of product management for the owned product, including pricing, contracts, marketing, training, user support, sales support
  • Provide and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with customer requirements and business growth objectives
  • Professionally represent INNIO and your product in front of internal and external stakeholders, up to VP level
  • Own product lifecycle that prioritizes resources, features and functionality aligned with commercial objectives
  • Measure and track product KPIs to report to product stakeholders and management
  • Support key customers and users during rollout and adoption, enabling and facilitating process transformation for their organization

Your Profile:

  • University degree in business & administration, software engineering or related fields
  • Experience in product ownership and agile methodologies. Product Owner / Scrum certificates preferred
  • Background on product management for B2B Software solutions and IoT Solutions
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and / or with maintenance of industrial assets will be considered an advantage
  • Promotes an agile model and influences early adoption of beneficial technologies
  • Strong track record in delivering high quality customer centric digital solutions
  • Inclusive & open-minded approach, high say/do ratio, team player, strong interpersonal skill set
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial thinking, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in German is not required but may be considered an advantage.
  • A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.112,78 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
