Business Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to bridge the gap between business needs and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to implement AI-based solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and insights.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to AI, machine learning, and data analytics projects.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to design and implement AI-powered solutions.
• Evaluate the impact of AI on existing business processes and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain AI-related dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Ensure AI models align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market research on AI trends and best practices to enhance business strategies.
• Assist in data preparation, feature selection, and AI model validation.
• Provide training and support to end-users on AI-driven tools and processes.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in AI, Data Science, or Analytics projects.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning, and data analytics.
• Experience with AI tools and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, or AWS AI.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with BI and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Experience in working with structured and unstructured data sources.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing), Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics.
• Certifications in AI, Data Science, or Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, AI-900, or CAP).
• Knowledge of cloud AI services such as Google AI, Microsoft Cognitive Services, or IBM Watson.
