Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and decisive Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability
• Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
• Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
• Analyze project performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 15 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Project, and Word
• Experience with project management software such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• Proven track record in risk management and problem-solving
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial planning
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
