SVP / Director – Investment Strategist, Digital Assets Portfolio Management

Our client, a high-growth CMS-licensed financial institution, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Investment Strategist to drive portfolio management and investment strategy for digital assets, DeFi, and tokenized securities. This role sits within a lean, high-impact team, reporting to the CIO, with direct influence on portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital asset investment strategies to optimize risk-adjusted returns.
• Oversee portfolio management, asset allocation, and liquidity strategies.
• Lead the structuring and management of digital asset investment products.
• Collaborate with institutional investors and HNW clients to tailor investment solutions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and leverage market intelligence for decision-making.

Requirements

• 8-12 years’ experience in investment strategy or portfolio management, with 3+ years in digital assets.
• Strong expertise in crypto, DeFi, and institutional investment frameworks.
• Proven track record in risk management, trade execution, and portfolio optimization.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with experience in a lean, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
