Recruiter Wanted (Dutch speaker, with strong English skills)

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and attract top talent for various positions within the company.

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Maintain and update candidate databases.

Qualifications:

- Minimum experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for connecting with people.

- Dutch speaker, with strong English skills;
