HR Coordinator

We are now looking for a new HR Coordinator for our business in Finland!
The HR Coordinator will be part of a small and operative team that helps each other on a busy working day. You will be involved in most tasks within the field of HR supporting our local business in Finland.
The role is reporting directly to the HR Director of BMI in Finland. You are part of the Nordic HR team and you will work out from our office in Vantaa.
Your Main Tasks Will Be
Ideally you hold a university degree within HR.
Furthermore, you have a proven track record of minimum 2 years in a similar position within HR covering a breadth of activities and best-in-class HR practices and policies. Having experience from building and larger construction companies, installation, or any kind of industrial environment is highly beneficial.
We believe you have some experience of payroll tasks, and having been working with implementation and integration of new HR related systems is highly beneficial.
Experience in the payroll system Mepco and HR analytics as well as HR systems (Workday) is a strong advantage.
You are solution-oriented and your motivation comes from contributing and getting things done. At the same time, you are service minded, and take initiatives with a clear focus on culture, engagement and positivity. You work orderly and structured, and you can quickly establish credibility and build strong working relationships.
You are resilient and comfortable operating in ambiguity since we are on a big transformation journey.

We are now looking for a new HR Coordinator for our business in Finland!
The HR Coordinator will be part of a small and operative team that helps each other on a busy working day. You will be involved in most tasks within the field of HR supporting our local business in Finland.
The role is reporting directly to the HR Director of BMI in Finland. You are part of the Nordic HR team and you will work out from our office in Vantaa.
Your Main Tasks Will Be
- Assist and advise managers in HR-related matters.
- Assist managers in the various processes - Joiners, Movers and Leavers.
- HR analysis, insight and reporting.
- Support the implementation of the BMI People Strategy and coordinate the HR annual wheel activities.
- Maintenance and development of process flows, guidelines and handbook - make sure we have things in order.
- Be the main contact for HR Services in Global Business Service (GBS).
- Super user for our HR and internal communication systems.
- Cooperation of and assisting payroll when needed.
- Good personnel administration - have a good overview of all HRM data.
- Keep up-to-date on relevant laws and agreements.
- Participate in various HR development projects.
Ideally you hold a university degree within HR.

- Experience in working in an international company, nationally with a multi-site organization.
- Solid experience from digital tools such as Google suite or MS Office.
- In addition to fluent Finnish, you are proficient in English.
