We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR Specialist to support our growing manufacturing organization. In this role, you will play a key part in recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle administration, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

You will work closely with managers, employees, and external partners to ensure a smooth and

professional employee experience while helping us attract and retain the right talent.

 

 Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordination of production recruitment processes, conducting initial interviews, and presenting suitable candidates to hiring managers;
  • Management of third-country national recruitment processes, including the selection of appropriate recruitment sources and methods;
  • Administration of personnel documentation throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to termination, within a manufacturing environment;
  • Preparation, maintenance, and updating of internal HR policies and procedures, as well as ensuring employee acknowledgement through internal systems;
  • Coordination of internal company events and employee engagement activities;
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR processes, personnel documentation, and basic employment law matters.

 

What We Are Looking For:

 

  • Previous experience in HR administration, HR operations, recruitment coordination, or a similar role.
  • Understanding of employment administration and labor law fundamentals.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with HR systems and digital tools.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to improve processes.
  • Good command of English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
