Background

Our Financial Services SaaS software company is expanding so the ideal candidate will have a background in product delivery, project delivery and the journey involved in scaling a business.

It is also important that this individual understand the product life cycle and the steps involved in delivering software products to the market and implementing it with their clients.

The ideal person is happy to work in a fast paced dynamic company who provide financial software product to the market and is happy to help the company scale on the next phase of their growth.

The scope of the role is about:

1. high level Product Portfolio Management (SaaS) with in depth product knowledge
2. product delivery – Deliver software to a client - Project management
3. working with cross-functional teams, optimising processes, setting up frameworks
4. being dynamic, have good energy
5. bringing people along this journey (all round influencing skills) – Product journey User Stories etc.

They are looking for someone who can assist the company scaling up. You will work with the existing strong teams and review the current procedures and look to implement a framework for smooth transition between the teams and improved delivery. You work in partnership with the teams and seamlessly look to implement “best in class” structure for product delivery in line with the company growth plans.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

1. 10+ years Product / project / process background - preferably within SAAS environment into the FS sector with bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Good knowledge of SaaS, software development background as environment is Agile and tech stack includes TypeScipt, C++ and AWS.
3. Strong background in bringing products to the market
4. Excellent communications, listening and influencing skills
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
