Fashion Jewellery Product Manager

Position

Fendi is currently seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Jewellery Product Manager with a strong background in luxury or fashion industry to join our team based in Rome. The aim of the role is to follow the entire collection management delivering effective collections on the market.

Reporting to Jewellery Business Unit Manager her/his main stakeholders will be Design Office and Product Development Teams, Retail Merchandising, Collection Merchandising from other categories, Communication and Marketing.

Job Responsibilities

• Collection Structuring: Develop and structure the fashion collection based on comprehensive market analysis and quantitative sales data.
• Market Expertise: Demonstrate profound knowledge of the luxury fashion market, not limited to, but with a focus on latest trends related to fashion jewellery.
• Collection Development: Collaborate with the design and product development teams to meticulously analyze and develop the collection, ensuring accurate pricing and costing to meet markup targets.
• Buying Sessions: Lead buying sessions, material development, and collection presentations.
• Market Strategy: support Retail Merchandising on market strategies for collection launches and Visual Merchandising strategies.
• Sustainability: support Sustainability team and Product development in structuring new process to decrease the impact of the category
  
  

Profile

• Fashion or Economic degree
• At least 4-5 years of experience within the fashion & luxury industry covering similar roles.
• Fashion and luxury market knowledge.
• Italian language good speaking and understanding.
• English language excellent knowledge.
• Proficient usage of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, etc.).
• Highly goal-oriented, demonstrating a strong commitment to adhering to deadlines and efficiently managing assigned responsibilities, good teamworking skill. Can do attitude.
