Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or a related fields,

• Experience in compensation, benefits, or HR policy management,

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation,

• Proficiency in MS Office programs like Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,

• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities,

• Fluency in English.


Job Description:

• Provide support for the management of processes related to compensation & benefits, including annual salary review, promotions, transfers, and spot salary determination for both head office and stores.

• Develop, implement, and manage compensation, benefits, and policy programs to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness,

• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to optimize compensation structures,

• Perform methodology-based analyses in job evaluation processes and provide supporting efforts to determine job values within the organization (Korn Ferry),

• Support the incentive, and bonus processes,

• Conduct analyses to ensure the competitiveness of benefits packages in the market,

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reward strategies with company goals,

• Design and implement workforce planning processes in line with organizational needs,

• Develop and implement People & Culture policies.
