Investment Professional – Growth Private Equity

A leading sovereign wealth fund (SWF) based in Dubai, managing a diversified global portfolio across technology, healthcare, financial services, consumer, and industrials. The firm is actively investing in growth-stage companieswith strong scalability and market leadership potential.

Role Overview

The firm is seeking a high-caliber Investment Professional to join its Growth Equity team. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing growth-stage investments across the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Asia. This position offers exposure to high-growth businesses and strategic investment opportunities in key sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Investment Sourcing & Evaluation: Identify and assess high-growth investment opportunities across technology, healthcare, financial services, consumer, and industrial sectors.
• Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build detailed financial models to assess company valuations, unit economics, and growth potential.
• Due Diligence: Lead due diligence processes, working with external advisors and internal teams to analyze financial, operational, and strategic risks.
• Deal Execution: Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and investment documentation.
• Portfolio Management: Work with portfolio companies to drive value creation, including strategic initiatives, growth strategies, and potential follow-on investments.
• Market Research & Industry Analysis: Conduct market research to track investment trends and develop sector-specific investment theses.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior leadership, external partners, and other institutional investors.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Growth Equity, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking (M&A, TMT, Healthcare, or Sponsors), or Strategy Consulting (PE/VC focus).
• Strong background in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
• Prior experience in growth-stage investing or exposure to high-growth companies is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of key investment markets including MENA, Europe, and North America.
• Experience working with sovereign wealth funds, family offices, or institutional investors is a plus.
