What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years as a Scrum Master in IT, preferably within the financial sector.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to tackle complex and demanding issues with ease.
• Agile Expertise: Proven track record in agile frameworks (both Scrum and Kanban).
• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
• Facilitation & Coaching: Superior skills in guiding and mentoring teams.
• Technical Skills: Preferably someone with a technical background and understanding.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Norwegian and English.
• Bonus Skills: Experience in driving development teams and familiarity with the SAFe framework.
