What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 5 years as a Scrum Master in IT, preferably within the financial sector.

- Agile Expertise: Proven track record in agile frameworks (both Scrum and Kanban).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
- Facilitation & Coaching: Superior skills in guiding and mentoring teams.
- Technical Skills: Preferably someone with a technical background and understanding.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Norwegian and English.
- Bonus Skills: Experience in driving development teams and familiarity with the SAFe framework.
