(Singapore, Hybrid) 

Parcel Perform is looking for a passionate Product Manager with a strong interest in e-commerce and logistics to join our motivated and fast-growing team in Singapore. In this role, you will play a key part in driving product development by understanding market needs, defining requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Recognize, understand, and document market needs, and work with engineering teams to translate those needs into features and functionality.
• Formulate and evangelize our integration strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive technical partnership and integration with 3rd party applications and service providers, and manage engineering resources to ensure on-time completion of projects.
• Collaborate with product designers to create and refine wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that enhance product usability and engagement.
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, and subsequently produce business and functional requirements, as well as inputting into technical requirements. 
• Weigh up considerations in order to prioritize the product roadmap to unlock the most value and to maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with Product Leads.
• Be a customer advocate by monitoring customer feedback and understanding the markets - proactively engaging to understand their needs and pain points, and drive solutions to their problems. 
• Define high level themes, functionality and features based on customer use cases and applications. 

WHO YOU ARE

• At least 4-5 years of work experience in a product manager or related role, preferably in SaaS, logistics, e-commerce, or customer experience-focused platforms.
• Strong understanding of B2B customer experience design, usability best practices, and engagement strategies.
• Have experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Engineering, Data, Solution Consulting, Product Design and Sales etc. 
• Show capability to communicate with both technical teams and customer facing teams, with ability to translate customer pain points into actionable product requirements.
• Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams globally and advocate for customer needs.
• An entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable in rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and getting the work done.
