The Mission

Role Description: Graphic Designer [Digital Ads] [Remote + Flex Hours]
We are looking for a creative, data-driven Graphic Designer to create persuasive, conversion-focused visual assets for our digital ad campaigns. You will work closely with our Creative Strategist, marketing, and copywriting teams to design high-performing visuals for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google. Your work will integrate sales psychology principles to drive customer acquisition and enhance campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Right from the start:
- Create persuasive, conversion-driven visual assets for digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, and Google.
- Develop multiple A/B test variations to optimize messaging, hooks, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
- Work closely with the Creative Strategist, marketing, and copywriting teams to ensure every visual asset adheres to our brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Provide and incorporate clear, constructive feedback using collaborative tools (e.g., Figma, Slack)
- Tailor designs to meet platform-specific requirements (aspect ratios, resolutions, etc.).
- Leverage user data and performance insights to iterate on creative concepts and continuously improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Proven Graphic Design Experience: 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or performance marketing environment. A strong portfolio that demonstrates conversion-focused ad creatives and a keen understanding of sales psychology.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency with design collaboration tools like Figma. Solid understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Conversion & Sales Insight: Ability to integrate sales psychology into design to create persuasive visuals that drive customer acquisition.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced team environment. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
- Industry Experience: Prior experience at a DTC brand or within digital advertising is highly desirable.
- Motion Design Basics: Familiarity with basic motion graphics or video editing is a plus, although not required.
- Analytics & Optimization: Experience with A/B testing and familiarity with performance metrics to inform design iterations.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
