Junior Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Junior Project Manager to manage and coordinate multiple small-scale projects. You will work closely with our development team, stakeholders, and clients to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and client meetings.

Track project progress, set milestones, and ensure alignment with deadlines.

Monitor team performance and support KPI tracking.

Communicate with clients to clarify requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.

Identify risks and work on mitigation strategies.

Support the team with administrative tasks related to project execution.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in project management, coordination, or a similar role.

Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project lifecycle.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar).

Basic knowledge of software development processes.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

Previous experience managing IT or mobile app development projects.

Familiarity with financial technology (FinTech) or SaaS products.

Experience with contract management and documentation.
