Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST

Compensation: USD 2500-4000 (Salary based on assessment)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Email Graphic Designer to join our team. The ultimate objective is to grow and scale the client’s paid media accounts by driving lower costs per customer acquisition while increasing paid media spending. We need you to demonstrate proficiency in Advertising and Marketing principles to identify the most cost-effective solutions. Our clients will look to you for guidance and ideation, and to bring their goals to reality.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality graphics and visual elements for digital advertising campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts.
• Occasionally edit videos for digital advertising campaigns
• Research brands and competitors for digital ad concepts
• Put together a compelling creative strategist with clear A/B tests, multiple concepts and hooks of the same concept, and iterate based on best-performing assets
• Continually keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email design and tools.
  
  

Requirements

Must-haves:

• +6 years’ experience with Email Graphic Design
• Experience working within a team environment
• Experience working in an agency setup
• Ability to interpret data to proactively identify and solve problems
• Expertise in Google Analytics in an eCommerce setting
• Experience managing a team of designers
• Communication skills - the kind where your message gets through to any
• audience
• Creative problem-solving capabilities: think outside the box, inside the box, and
• all around the box
• Ability to prioritize the priorities at the moment; know what you need to do and
• when you need to do it
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Integrity, optimism, and respect regardless of the situation - are non-negotiable
