Job Description:

To address emerging challenges, we aim to strengthen our Energy Transition Team of about 10 employees. The team manages critical applications supporting:

• Energy transition, such as tools that give customers insight into their energy consumption and manage energy communities.
• Customers in vulnerable situations, including an ERP system for managing their accounts.
• Integration of digital solutions such as a digital data hub, mobile & web applications, and web services.

We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to contribute to the development and support of these applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Participation in Application Evolution

• Analyze business needs and participate in discussions and workshops to propose and align on solutions.
• Define solutions in line with the IT architecture and validate them with the business.
• Act as the intermediary between the business and development partners.

Development Cycle Management

• Perform needs and functional analysis using tools like UML and Enterprise Architect.
• Oversee and validate technical solutions provided by development partners.
• Quality Control and Testing
• Control the quality of deliverables and take responsibility for various test phases.
• Coordinate, develop, and execute test plans to ensure production-level quality.
• Manage application testing processes, identifying bugs, and following up on resolutions.

Application Management

• Manage applications alongside developers.
• Provide second-line support for incidents and participate in problem management.
• Maintain reference documentation for applications and solutions.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with developers and other team members to meet delivery expectations.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams, actively contributing to the success of projects.

• Test Analyst Experience
• SQL and Databases
• Testing Expertise
• Agile & Scrum Methodology
• XML, Web Services, APIs, or SOAP
• Technical Analysis

Nice-to-Have Skills

• ITIL Experience: Familiarity with or knowledge of ITIL processes.
• IT or Digital Sector: At least 10 years of proven experience in relevant fields.
• MIG Expertise: Experience with MIG.
• UML: Knowledge and experience using UML in analyses.

Mobile and Web Applications

• Demonstrable experience with iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Proven experience with web applications (both iOS and Android platforms).
