This is a non-contributing role, focusing on:

• Leading engineering execution ensuring high-quality, timely delivery
• Set performance expectations, foster accountability, and empower the team
• Build a culture of ownership, precision, and execution.

You will:

• Lead a growing team of Engineers in a fast-paced company
• Have a flexible approach
• Develop a deep understanding of the business, product, and tech challenges
• Provide feedback to engineers while creating and refining processes
• Influence technical strategy with key decisions
• Be pragmatic in setting standards and accountability management
• Drive recruitment of Engineers

About You:

• Experience leading senior teams in fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time
• A straight talker with sound judgment and relationship-building skills
• Strong technical acumen is key; Golang experience is a plus
