Location: Oslo, Norway (Hybrid)

Company: A global leading provider of managed IT infrastructure services, renowned for critical partnerships with thousands of globally recognized enterprises. This organisation is making huge investment into a high-growth Nordic consulting capability due to significant customer opportunities.

You will work as Consulting Director within a close-knit Nordic leadership team, utilizing your subject matter expertise to build the cybersecurity consulting capability from the ground up. The role focuses on driving financial growth through business development, client engagement, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include meeting revenue targets, managing client relationships at the executive level and overseeing complex projects.

Required competence:

• Extensive consulting background within information & cybersecurity.
• Broad knowledge of relevant information & cybersecurity policies, frameworks, tools and solutions (information security, data protection, security architecture, cyber defense, penetration testing, identity management or similar).
• Proven experience working with digital transformation, client engagement and relationship management; supporting C-level stakeholders through complex cybersecurity challenges.
• Proven sales experience within the technology consulting and/or services domain, driving revenue growth, forming and commercializing relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Willingness to work autonomously and contribute to underdeveloped and fast-growing consulting environment.
• Fluent in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian language.
