I am looking for a Technical Lead to help shape the future of a consultancy in Stavanger. This is a key role for an experienced technologist who wants to push boundaries, set new development standards, and drive innovation—especially with an interest in AI.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead technical excellence across projects - no HR/admin tasks, just pure tech.
• Investigate and implement cutting-edge solutions, focusing on AI and modern development practices.
• Work closely with clients, not in direct sales, but as a trusted technical expert.
• Help strengthen the company’s position as the leading tech consultancy in the region.
• Dive deep into technology - React, TypeScript, .NET, and Azure are part of our stack but also work with many more!
• Mentoring Developers

What We’re Looking For:

• A natural leader who inspires and elevates those around them.
• Strong experience in tech leadership, ideally at Principal Developer, Tech Lead, Team Lead, or CTO level.
• Passion for AI, with a drive to learn and apply new technologies.
• Fluency in English and Norwegian is a plus.
• A problem-solver who thrives on delivering complete, high-quality solutions.
