Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of HR experience in the UAE, with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, health insurance policies, and workmen’s compensation insurance. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR activities, including documentation, compliance, and employee records management.
• Support employees with HR-related queries and ensure compliance with UAE labor law.
• Administer employee health insurance and workmen’s compensation insurance, ensuring timely renewals and claims processing.
• Assist in the hiring process, onboarding, and documentation for new employees.
• Coordinate with payroll for accurate salary processing, leaves, and attendance management.
• Ensure all HR activities align with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of HR experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law
• Experience handling health insurance and workmen’s compensation insurance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
