  • Lead and manage overall sales operations, overseeing the entire process from order placement to shipment and collection.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels to identify potential local and overseas markets for our products.
  • Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Conduct thorough price analysis to ensure competitive positioning in local international markets.
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of local and export compliance, trade regulations, and customs procedures.
  • Familiar with local and international trade finance and payment terms to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Implement strategies to maximize profits while maintaining a strong focus on cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between production, logistics, and sales departments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local and international clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Stay updated on local and global market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, market trends, and potential growth areas.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations.
  • Coordinate participation in local and overseas exhibitions to showcase products and identify new market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company products.
  • Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
  • Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
  • Any other duties that may be required by the management for smooth running of the company business.


  • Proven sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure advantageous deals for the company.
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in diverse global markets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in utilizing market research tools and data analytics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of successful sales management experience in international markets, preferably in packing and cartons–corrugated manufacturing Industry.

Proficiency in relevant software and technology for sales tracking, analysis, and reporting.
