🚀 BRAND NEW ROLE – SOFTWARE ENGINEER – C# (.NET) – £55,000 + BENEFITS – MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE (HYBRID) 🚀

You will be working for a company with over 750,000 customers worldwide and counting!

Just to put that into context, the morning news on the BBC has 500K viewers a day, so it’s quite a lot of customers!

To start off with you will be working on the main project, changing the monolithic architecture that has multiple projects with differing .NET/C# technologies, making APIs difficult to deploy and scale independently. You'll be helping move everything to microservices, written in .NET 8.

You will also be working with the majority of the AWS platform, but they are open to anyone with a solid foundation in C# development. No cloud experience is needed for this role, but you will be mentored by Senior and Principal Developers to get better at the platform.

Their average tenure is around 5 years. This is because they give a lot of trust to the developers. Developers get to own their projects, and tech drives the business, so they are given the right allocated resources instead of skimping.

They also have a really good CI/CD process and deploy quite often.
