New opportunity for a Clinical Project Manager to join a growing CRO! You will be joining a small clinical team <10, working alongside the Project Director & CEO. Full scope of responsibility managing end-to-end clinical projects. They have a varied portfolio and will see you working across an array of therapeutic areas, including oncology, and so offers a chance to broaden your skillset and projects covered.

This role would suit an independent CPM who is confident managing full end-to-end project lifecycle. They encourage a process improvement mindset and work in a collaborative team dynamic. You will be point of contact for Biotech and Pharma sponsors and so strong communication is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of assigned clinical research projects.
• Manage cross-functional teams and site activities.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to Australian and international regulations.
• Act as the primary liaison for sponsors and stakeholders.
• Monitor project status and implement strategies to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a project manager in a CRO environment.
• Proven experience managing multi-country studies.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and GCP guidelines.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 base plus superannuation
