Job Description

• Management of various IT projects, such as CRM implementation, ERP rollouts, site establishments, software updates, introduction of new IT systems, and process optimizations across different IT platforms
• Full responsibility for achieving project objectives and creating project plans (time, costs, resources, structure)
• Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams (serving as the interface between departments, project teams, and external suppliers)
• Acting as a link between IT and process management
• Project controlling and regular reporting to the project sponsor or steering committee
• Preparing and delivering presentations to management and facilitating decision-making processes
• Actively contributing to the further development and continuous improvement of our project management standards and tools
  
  

Qualifications

• Completed higher education (HTL, FH/University) in Business, IT, or related fields and/or relevant professional experience
• Experience in IT project management, ideally in leading CRM implementation projects (Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP)
• Strong organizational skills with an analytical, structured, and results-oriented working style
• High affinity for working with IT tools
• Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken
• Knowledge in defining requirements for IT projects is an advantage
• Project management certification (PMI or IPMA) is a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 4.500 to € 5.800.
