Project Data Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Transformation Program Manager to lead and manage end-to-end data transformation initiatives, with a focus on implementing cutting-edge data platforms like Databricks and Snowflake. In this role, you will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving successful project delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Lead large-scale data transformation programs from conception to completion, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Platform Expertise: Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of Databricks and Snowflake solutions to support organizational data strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, analytics, and business leaders, to define program objectives and priorities.
• Data Strategy: Develop and execute data transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with program delivery, proactively addressing potential challenges.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed program documentation and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders and executives.
• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvements in data workflows, ensuring best practices are implemented across teams.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience within IT and Data Transformation
• Proven experience with Databricks, Snowflake and other cutting edge data tools
• Experience working within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology client
