IT Project Manager

We are implementing Salesforce as the cornerstone of our business operations—including logistics, asset management, sales, and CRM modules, we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, from planning to execution and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, business analysts, supply chain, sales, finance, and others) to ensure Salesforce solutions align with business needs.
• Ensure smooth project workflows, staying within budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, clearly defining and documenting all processes.
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project progress, challenges, and milestones achieved.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential challenges with effective solutions.
• Train end-users to ensure they understand and effectively use Salesforce in their daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of experience managing CRM implementation projects, knowledge of business management solutions and system integrations.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage resources effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse teams and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Fluency in both Lithuanian and English is required.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Project Manager) are a strong advantage.
