About The Project

Join a dynamic team managing multiple projects within the energy sector! You will be responsible for strategic project planning, ensuring successful Sprints and Releases, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team.
• Define and track key project KPIs to ensure business success.
• Manage priorities, analyze challenges, and proactively unblock complex situations.
• Collaborate closely with the development team on Planning, Estimation, and Daily Meetings.
• Develop and implement strategies for tooling, workflows, governance, KPIs, and team staffing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize team efficiency.
• Oversee risk management and mitigation plans.
• Act as an escalation point and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders.
• Provide clear and structured reporting to line and functional management.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in Program/Project Management, leading development teams.
• Certification in Project Management methodologies (PMI, Agile, etc.).
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills to drive results.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluent in French (Mandatory).
