🔹 Key Responsibilities

👥 Dispatched Worker Management:

✔ Oversee employment conditions and administrative processes.

✔ Provide guidance, address concerns, and ensure data protection.

✔ Coordinate with client companies to guarantee smooth operations.

📌 HR Operations:

✔ Develop and execute recruitment strategies, from job postings to onboarding.

✔ Identify training needs and implement development programs.

✔ Manage compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.

📂 Administrative Support:

✔ Handle documentation, translations, and office setup.

✔ Ensure health and safety compliance in collaboration with client companies.

✅ Mandatory Qualifications

🔹 Fluent in Slovenian (native level) & business-level English (written and spoken).

🔹 Residing in Slovenia with a valid residency status.

🔹 Level 6 Education (Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR or related field).

🔹 Certification Required: Potrdilo o opravljenem strokovnem izpitu o izpitu na področju zaposlovanja in zavarovanja za primer brezposelnosti.

🔹 Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and labour law.
