What You’ll Do:

• Build and oversee a robust IT security framework
• Lead security considerations across SecDevOps processes
• Own risk management, incident response, and compliance efforts
• Drive business continuity and disaster recovery strategies
• Develop policies, ensure regulatory alignment, and lead certifications
• Engage with partners, auditors, and regulators on security issues
• Foster a security-first culture across the organization

Your Expertise:

• 7-10 years of IT security experience (with leadership exposure)
• Solid foundation in IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity technologies
• Hands-on background as a systems engineer (a must!)
• Familiarity with financial services or other highly regulated environments
• Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a major plus
• Fluent in English, German is a bonus
