For our business partner, a globally respected omnichannel company renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation, we are currently seeking a highly motivated Fullstack Developer to contribute to the launch of their new IT Software Hub in Bucharest and drive the company’s technical growth

This role requires advanced expertise in backend development using Java and Kotlin and solid experience in frontend development with TypeScript and Vue.js. As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing a large-scale e-commerce platform that connects millions of customers worldwide, delivering a seamless shopping experience.

Main responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Development: Architect, develop, and sustain microservices tailored to customer needs, leveraging a complete technology stack encompassing frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Code Quality: Deliver clean, performant, and secure code while upholding best practices through pair programming, code reviews, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with designers, developers, architects, testers, and project managers to drive innovation on cutting-edge projects.
  • Growth Mindset: Stay ahead of technological trends and pursue personal growth through participation in conferences, conventions, and online training programs.
  • Creative Projects: Dedicate time during each development cycle to explore and contribute to passion-driven projects that inspire you.

Your profile

  • At least 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack developer or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in developing software applications using Kotlin, Java, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Skilled in web development with Vue.js 3, Nuxt 3, or Vite frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD automation, object-relational databases, and SQL scripting.
  • Strong knowledge of web development and ownership of microservices.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in agile environments (SCRUM/KANBAN).
  • Knowledge of cloud development, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with tools like Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, GKE, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
  • A degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent.
