How You Will Make An Impact

As a Graphic Designer Conulstant you will contribute to creating visually stunning and impactful designs that will be seen by audiences worldwide. You will engage in projects that require interpreting creative briefs into compelling visual concepts, showcased across various media platforms. You will leverage your creative expertise in graphic design to capture essential design elements and transform them into innovative and captivating visuals that enhance brand identity and communication.

• Create and Design Banknotes: Contribute and develop secure and visually appealing designs for new banknotes and redesign existing ones.
• Support with Graphic design content, typography, high quality illustrations.
• Creating design proposals, presentations and support with administrative tasks for mockups and presentations.
• Graphic design for Security Features: Integrate advanced anti-counterfeiting measures into banknote designs to prevent fraud.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with government officials, security experts, and printing companies to ensure designs meet all requirements.
• Develop Prototypes: Support in process of creating prototypes to ensure the durability and functionality of the banknotes.
• Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends in design and security to continuously improve banknote designs.
• Document Design Processes and Conduct Research for mood boards etc.
  
  

Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Required

• 1 - 3-year university level education in arts & crafts and graphic design or commensurate experience.
• 3 -5 years’ experience within the field of graphic design and illustration, art.
• Knowledge of graphic design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop and in design.
• Fluent in English.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience working with lean and continuous improvement.
• Experience in creation of 2D and 3D tools as Blender or Zbrush.
• Animation experience.
• High artistic skills in composition, real life painting and drawing will be needed for this role.
