We are currently looking for a Freelancer Designer (Full-time) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting visually engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. They specialize in designing website and application interfaces, digital marketing content, and interactive visuals that enhance user engagement and brand identity. Their role bridges aesthetics with functionality, ensuring seamless digital experiences across various platforms.

We are looking for someone that possess a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design, along with proficiency in industry-standard tools. They collaborate with developers, marketers, and content creators to produce high-quality digital assets that align with business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms with a focus on usability and accessibility.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools.
• Designing interactive components and animations to enhance user experience.
• Developing digital content assets such as banners, social media graphics, presentations, and multimedia visuals.
• Collaborating with developers to ensure smooth UI implementation and adherence to design guidelines.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to optimize design solutions.
• Ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Keeping up with design trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Creating and maintaining design systems and style guides for consistency across projects.
• Optimizing digital assets for various screen sizes, platforms, and accessibility standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication in English
• Previous experience with freelancing
• UI/UX Design & Prototyping: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision
• Graphic Design & Digital Content: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva
• Motion & Interactive Design: After Effects, LottieFiles, Principle
• Web & Mobile Design: Webflow, WordPress, Framer
• User Research & Testing: Hotjar, Google Analytics, Maze, UserTesting
• Wireframing & Collaboration: Miro, Balsamiq
• HTML & CSS Knowledge (for better communication with developers)
