We’re looking for a Lead Game Developer to build the future of hit mobile games.

You’ll lead the development of high-performing games, set the technical direction, and work side by side with developers, artists, and product managers. From shaping the core gameplay to making key architectural decisions, you’ll play a major role in turning ambitious ideas into global hits.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the technical vision and make architectural decisions that power experiences for millions of players.
• Drive core technical decisions and design scalable systems that shape how millions engage with our games.
• Set the course for scalable, high-performing systems that bring our ambitious game ideas to life.
• Develop mobile games using Unity for multiple platforms and devices.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Implement A/B tests, tracking systems, and remote configuration to continuously optimize player experience.
• Collaborate closely with game designers, product managers, and artists to bring new features and mechanics to life.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of full-time experience as a Game Developer, with at least 1–2 years in a senior role on games that have reached global audiences.
• Advanced Unity knowledge and a deep understanding of game development best practices.
• Excellent command of C#, with experience in C++ or similar languages used in mobile game development.
• Strong architectural thinking with the ability to scale systems for millions of daily users.
• A passion for games, and a drive to push boundaries in mobile gaming.
