We are looking for a skilled Senior Mobile Developer specialising in React Native to design, develop, and maintain advanced mobile applications. This position requires an individual with Circa 8 years of experience who can work across web and mobile platforms, including native Android and iOS environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences, implement new features, and ensure the performance and stability of our applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust, high-performance mobile applications using React Native.
• Implement and manage integrations with third-party services such as Twilio and Firebase for authentication, messaging, push notifications, and real-time features.
• Create responsive UI components with smooth animations and gesture-based interactions.
• Optimize application state management using libraries like Redux, Zustand, or similar.
• Collaborate with backend teams to consume RESTful APIs and integrate real-time data.
• Translate design mockups into user-friendly and accessible interfaces.
• Maintain and enhance web applications built using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Work with native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) codebases as needed.
• Support and update integrations with third-party communication tools and payment gateways.
• Identify and resolve cross-platform performance and usability issues.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in React Native, including performance optimization, animations, and complex gesture handling.
• Advanced skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React development for both mobile and web.
• Experience with state management solutions like Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Skilled in using mobile debugging tools (e.g., Flipper, React Native Debugger).
• Practical experience integrating APIs, including Twilio and Firebase services.
• Capable of maintaining and optimizing native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) applications.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and best practices for data handling.
• Knowledge of frontend performance tuning and cross-platform optimization.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
