Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Relationship Manager to join our dynamic Middle East team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing client relationships, streamlining onboarding processes, and driving client acquisition efforts to support our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the acquisition and onboarding of new clients, including managing pre-qualification, due diligence, and compliance documentation.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding processes.
• Maintain and develop a structured prospect pipeline, aligned with regional growth strategies.
• Continuously develop product knowledge, particularly around digital assets and blockchain technology, to effectively support and educate clients.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields.
• At least 2 years’ experience in relationship management, client onboarding, or similar roles within a regulated financial environment.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest or experience in crypto and digital asset markets is advantageous.

Ideal Candidate:

• Background as an Assistant Relationship Manager or Client Onboarding Specialist.
• Experience working across diverse banking environments, from boutique institutions to large financial organizations.
• Eager to progress into a dynamic, client-facing position.
