React JS Engineer

React JS Engineer with FiDO/Passkeys Exposure

In this role, you’ll focus on building and optimizing user interfaces for our cutting-edge applications. While React JS expertise is essential, familiarity with FiDO/Passkeys authentication concepts is a valuable bonus. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions, with opportunities to learn and contribute to passwordless authentication workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications using React JS.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and adhere to best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and security trends.
• Assist in integrating authentication/authorization mechanisms (optional exposure to FiDO/Passkeys standards).

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React JS (hooks, state management, functional components).
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Strong understanding of version control (Git) and agile methodologies.

FiDO/Passkeys Exposure (Nice to Have):

• Basic awareness of passwordless authentication concepts (e.g., WebAuthn, FiDO2).
• Interest in learning about Passkeys integration for secure user authentication.
• Any prior exposure to identity providers (e.g., Okta, Auth0) is a plus.
