Responsibilities
- Develop the Front-End: Design and implement an intuitive, user-friendly web interface for real-time monitoring and control of manufacturing processes.
- Build the Backend: Create a robust, scalable backend using Python to manage data processing, API services, and core system logic.
- Integrate Systems: Ensure seamless communication between the web interface, backend, SQL database, and manufacturing equipment.
- Optimize Performance & Security: Improve system performance and implement cybersecurity best practices tailored to an industrial environment.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with manufacturing engineers, automation experts, and IT teams to align software capabilities with operational needs.
- Document Your Work: Produce clear and concise technical documentation for the developed tools and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Solid experience in web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React (or similar).
- Strong proficiency in Python for backend development.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and web-based industrial applications.
- Requirement-based engineering skills, with a structured and detail-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes or automation systems is a plus.
