Your current skills include good general IT administration and support knowledge, and you have an open mind towards new technologies. You have a service-oriented mindset and are curious about your surroundings and always ready to learn new things. Your personality is friendly, and you appreciate and exercise honesty. You know your way around Windows, are not afraid of Linux, and have a good understanding of physical and virtual infrastructure. Occasionally you even like to do some physical work (don’t worry, we will help). Also, pro-active communication in both German and English is nothing strange to you.

The things you know or want to learn about:

Nobody likes lists, but they are still useful, so here’s a list of things you either should know, or want to actively learn about:

Office365, Google Workspace, Windows Desktop, (Open)VPN, MS Office, Google Cloud, MacOS, basic linux usage, basic networking and office infrastructure, general device management (iOS, Android, etc), phone systems, video conferencing.

If you also know about trading systems or want to learn more about those, definitely don’t pass this opportunity.

Besides this list, we can even teach you some advanced cloud stuff or programming things if you’re really motivated and all other tasks run smooth as silk. The possibilities are endless.

Location:

Zurich, with the possibility to work off-site from time to time.

On-site presence is desirable due to the nature of the role.
