Cyber Security Analyst

Are you an experienced Cyber Security professional looking to make an impact? We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Operations Analyst (EL1) to join a dynamic team delivering enterprise-scale security capabilities. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, developing and implementing cutting-edge security solutions.

Eligibility: This role is open to Australian citizens only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SOC tools, processes, and capabilities.
• Identify, plan, and execute enhancements to the organisation’s threat landscape.
• Create and refine SOC standard operating procedures and incident response playbooks.
• Work with cloud security platforms and tools (SIEM, SOAR, AWS, Azure, O365, Endpoint Security).
• Develop cyber security metrics and reporting frameworks for leadership insights.

About You:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced SOC environment.
• Strong background in cloud security tooling and platforms.
• Advanced incident response skills with the ability to manage major security events.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and fostering a security-first culture.
• Demonstrated automation experience to enhance security operations.
