Location: Sydney
Contract Duration: 6 months + extension
Rate: $900-$950 + super

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to play a key role in migrating customer data to a new platform. This is an exciting opportunity to help build and support a newly developing team, working alongside an existing Scrum Master. You'll collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors, ensuring smooth project delivery in a mixed Agile/Non-Agile environment.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Drive project milestones while maintaining high-quality standards
• Promote Agile best practices and foster a collaborative team culture
• Act as the key liaison between internal teams and third-party vendors, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
• Identify and resolve impediments that may impact project progress
  
  

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced environment, ideally financial services
• Strong ability to work with both internal teams and external vendors, even when Agile frameworks vary
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Experience with Customer Data Migration and Marketing Teams/Tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
