This is a dynamic position requiring technical skills and business experience to implement, prototype and demonstrate business process solutions for customers in multiple industries.

Participate in the custom implementations of a product also giving technical support and help the team in analytical and technical assignments, writing solutions documentation and making problem diagnosis. You will join a great team to work directly with the client with agile methodologies.

Skills required

• Detail oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high quality work products and meaningful improvements to customer business processes.
• Experience working with Node JS
• Experience working with Express
• 3+ years’ experience in IT.
• Business Analysis skills
• Basic development skills
• Good level of English
• Excellent communication and grammar skills

Skills preferred

• A familiarity with API documentation for REST APIs
• Experienced writing SQL Queries a plus.
• Experience in technical writing
• Experience in support

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team implementing business process automation software
• solutions.
• Creation of forms adapted to clients, considering business rules and established conditions. We use JS to create these conditions.
• Assist in the creation of Project Documentation, user guides, test plans and training manuals.
• Support customers through software testing and post production support.
