Your Role

• Supports internal clients in developing and implementing HR strategies, practices, and solutions in line with local labor laws.
• Provides day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations.
• Manages salary review, performance and talent management processes, and oversees promotions, acting as a key partner for talent development.
• Identifies high-potential employees, creates development plans, and coordinates local training and development programs.
• Handles employee relations, addresses concerns and conflicts, and ensures employee rights are respected.
• Ensures HR practices align with corporate standards and legal requirements, while providing insights to support HR decision-making.
• Manages change initiatives, coordinates internal and external HR communication, and cultivates positive relationships with external stakeholders.
  
  

YOUR SKILLS

• Experience as HR Generalist for a minimum of 5 years or HR Lead 1 year
• Employee relations knowledge
• Fluent English
• Experience with talent management, employment law and HR management
• Microsoft Office and digital abilities
