Services Operations Junior Analyst

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support sales team. You will work closely with senior analysts and sales team to help identify trends, improve processes, and create reports.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports
• Support senior analysts in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders
• Work with the team to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Assist in the development and optimization of data processes and tools.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and statistical methods.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• English proficiency is required as you will be working with global teams and stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm to learn new skills and grow in the data field.
