Job Description

• Planning, conceptualization, and implementation of global marketing projects, such as product launches
• Creative further development of marketing campaigns
• Resource planning in coordination with the marketing team
• Coordination and tracking of work orders within the department
• Ongoing collaboration with Technical Marketing and Product Management
• Monitoring marketing budgets and reporting on key marketing KPIs
  
  

Qualifications

• Completed degree in business administration or marketing, or equivalent education
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a (creative) agency or a B2B company in a comparable role
• Solid project management experience; ideally experienced with project management software tools
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Highly structured and independent working style, organizational talent, and a strong hands-on mentality
• Enjoyment and skill in working within a cross-functional role

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 3.100 to € 3.800.

This position is limited to a duration of 18 months.
